The Bostonian Group Acquires Stake in Benefits Solutions and Services Firm

The Bostonian Group, which offers expertise and practical solutions for employee benefits, HR services, executive compensation, retirement and financial planning, today announced that it has acquired a minority share of Marketing Associates Financial Services, Inc. (MAFS). MAFS, which today includes ten employees, is in process of moving into Bostonian Group’s Four Copley Place headquarters and it will operate as a separate division specializing in benefits solutions and services for smaller, high-growth companies. Chris DeLorey, MAFS’s principal owner, leads the new division, Bostonian Solutions.
